Fall Leaves

Happy Tuesday!  I would say Happy Autumn but it is really muggy here in the Northeast.  I thought we had gotten rid of this weather but it is back.  The end of the week it will be gone and I can't wait.  Just because it doesn't feel like Autumn doesn't mean I am not in the mood for Autumn cards.  I love my new Tim Holtz die with leaves, branches and acorns.  I am having so much fun with it.  I want to use it on every card.

Happy Halloween

Good Afternoon.   I am late posting my challenge card this week because I was away.  My sister and I just got back from 4 days at a wonderful spa.  I love being pampered and this place is really good at it.  Every room has a view of the ocean, the food is wonderful and, of course, the spa is excellent.  Now I am back to reality but I still have a couple days off before going back to work.

This week our challenge at Going Grey with Scrap-Creations is to make a card with a unique fold.  I decided to try something I have never done before.  This is a Center Step card.  It was a lot easier to make than I thought it would be.  We also have a great sponsor this week.  It is Di's Digi's!!!  The are the most adorable images.  She was nice enough to let us each pick out an image to play with.  I loved this little bear dressed as a witch.

Warm Winter Wishes

Good Morning.  I hope everyone in the States had a nice Holiday weekend.  I spent Saturday with 2 of my sisters and my niece at a little seaside town with a lot of fun shops.  Sunday and Monday I spent relaxing and making some cards!

This is one of the cards I made.  I love snowmen and these 2 are adorable!  This image is one by our sponsor at Going Grey with Scrap-Creations. Back to School

Good Morning!  Can you believe Summer is almost over?  Here in Massachusetts the kids go back to school in about a couple of weeks.   Personally, I am looking forward to Fall.  It has been a hot summer and I would like a little cool, crisp air.

Since the kids are going Back to School we thought this would be a perfect theme this week at Going Grey with Scrap-Creations.  I had bought this Lilly of the Valley stamp earlier but had not had a chance to use it.  I thought this would be a cute and different back to School card for someone going into Nursery School or Kindergarten.
I this this bear is adorable.

Happy Birthday Nicole

Happy Wednesday!  My Nieces Birthday was a couple weeks ago and this is the card I made her.  I can't believe she is 30 years old.  I feel ancient!!  I have been so busy lately I haven't had a chance to post it.  She loves Pink, lace, and pearls so they all had to be incorporated into the card, not that it was hard to do.   When I bought this paper from Bearly Mine Nicole was the first person I thought of so I knew this was the paper I would be using on her card.  I didn't know what do do with the horse so I glittered it.  I thought it came out nice.
