Last day of 2008 and it's snowing! This gives me the perfect excuse to spend the day indoors stamping (not that I need to find a reason).
This card is using another one of my High Hopes stamps. Isn't he cute? I see me using him alot. I thought I would take a day away from pastels. I tend to grab blue, purple and pink when I do winter cards. I wanted to try something different.
I hope you like him.
I hope everyone has a wonderful and safe New Years Eve!

I'm on vacation this week and have time to play! I was so busy before the Holiday's I didn't stamp at all. It's so much fun to have the time to pull out all my stuff again.
I finally picked up my order of High Hopes stamps. YEAH!! This is the first card I made. These are so cute. I just love them. I also used my new speckling brush that I fell in love with when I saw Tim Holtz use it during his 12 tags of Christmas. I really like it. I need to play with it more to find out what works best with it. This time I used Pearl White Lumiere paint. I want to also try re-inkers and shimmerz.
Have a great day everyone!

Good Morning! I am excited and scared at the same time since I have decided to join the world of blogging! Please be patient while I figure this whole thing out.
I love stamping and making cards. It's kindof an obsession that I have decided to share. I hope you enjoy my creations.
This is my 1st post. I made this card a couple of months ago at a Stamping weekend. I thought it was worthy of being my 1st card. I hope you like it.
