Merry Xmas, Happy Halloween, Happy Easter...You name it!

Good Morning!  It seems weird to me to post a XMAS card in July, especially when just a few days ago the thermometer read 102 degrees but here I go!!   I love this stamp.   It is so cute!!

You may think the theme for Going Grey with Scrap-Creations today is Xmas in July but we have some Halloween lovers on our team so we thought the better theme would be Favorite Holiday!!  We all have one and this is your chance to show us what it is!  I happen to love Xmas and there are so many cute Xmas stamps out there to play with that I didn't need to think twice about what I was going to do.

New Baby

Happy Tuesday!  I hope everyone is having a good week!  I am on vacation so I am very happy.  I just got back from a few days in the White Mountains and had fun shopping and relaxing.  The rest of the week is suppose to be very hot, in the 90's, so I don't expect I will be doing anything that requires me to be outside much.

Good Morning!  I hope everyone in the States had a safe and fun holiday weekend.  It is really hot and humid here, which I don't love, but other than that mine was great.  We need more 3 day weekends!

Something different!!

Today I am going to ask you a question.  What is one of the reasons we play challenges?  To me one of the reasons is to take me out of my comfort zone.  The challenge theme this week at Going Grey with Scrap-Creations is Anything but a Card!!!  I sat for 2 days just thinking and thinking.  What could I do that I would like and use!  I thought paper flowers, decorating the front of a scrapbook, making a medallion.  All doable but didn't excite me.  I decided to wait until the weekend and decide.  I then was looking for something in my linen closet, found some potpourri and decided it was time to replace some containers I had with old potpourri.  I still had some left over an looked for another container so I could have some on my office desk.  I found a tin that was the right size but not really pretty and decided to decorate it for this challenge.  I like the way it came out and now I have a nice addition to my desk!! 

I am especially happy that I got to use an image from our sponsor this week!   Wee Stamps!!!   I have been looking forward to this because I think these are just the cutest stamps!  I love every one of them.  If you haven't seen them I suggest you go to her website and check them out.  You won't be disappointed.

Let Your Light Shine Through

Good Morning.  How is everyone today?  We have been having some really cold and rainy weather here.  We have not seen the sun in days.  Sunday I spent at a yard sale my LSS store had.  Mary and I shared a table and tried to sell some stamps & stuff we don't use anymore.  We did okay.  We wanted to leave with nothing but I am happy I did sell some stuff.  I am now on a mission to organize.  I just need to find the time.

I had so much fun making this card.  I love the teal color and I was itching to use some of the things I bought at the Convention last week.  Isn't this new heart die great from Cheerylynn Designs?  I love all the little hearts and the great thing is that the middle heart is separate so you can stamp on it and put it back like I did with this.  I used one of my new Rubberstamp Tapestry sets to add the flowers.  I also used some of my new ribbon!
