Berry Sweet Day

Happy Tuesday!  I hope you are having a good week.  I live in Massachusetts so it has been a tough week.  I can't believe that such evil would hit so close to home.  Luckily one terrorist is dead and the other captured so we can start to heal.   Unfortunetly, for some the healing will take a long time.  Their lives have been changed forever. It is so sad.   Saturday I got together with some friends to stamp.  It was great to get away from the TV and spend time with friends.

For the next 2 weeks at Going Grey with Scrap-Creations we are thinking Animals or Insects!  I won this Doodle Pantry image and couldn't wait to color it.  I think it is so adorable.   It also gave me a good reason to get away from my normal pastel colors in the spring.  Grab those animal or insect stamps and play along!

Flowers Everywhere

Good Morning.  I hope you are having a good week.  The weather here is finally getting somewhat nice so that is great!  I have actually shut my heat off a few times.  I love those days.  The Baseball season has started which is a sure sign of spring for me.  Work is crazy busy for me these days.  We had a layoff and re-org a couple of weeks ago.  Not only did I survive the layoff, I got a promotion in the re-org.  Now I will be working harder than ever.

For the next 2 weeks at Going Grey with Scrap-Creations we are thinking Flowers.  There is a catch though.    Flower Embellishments don't count.  The flowers have to me in the image or paper.  I chose this Mo's image.
I love the big bouquet of flowers.
