Happy Tuesday! It is suppose to be a beautiful day here today! YEAH, except I have to work so will have little time to enjoy it.
This week at Going Grey with Scrap-Creations we have the theme of Thanks. This can be Thank You, Thanksgiving, whatever you want as long as it says Thanks.
I decided to go with Thanksgiving. I saw this Turkey on Justinklined and thought it was adorable and since I don't have alot of Thanksgiving stamps thought I would buy it.
The other wonderful challenges this card fits are:
The Sweet Stop - Sketch - I think this sketch works very well with my card.
Stamp Something - Digi - I love my digi's. You can re-size, flip, combine them. It opens up alot of options to use them.
Stamping for the Weekend - Fall or Halloween - I choose Fall and Thanksgiving. I wish this season was longer. I love it!
2 Sisters - Anything Goes - I love these themes!! Thank you!!
Basic Grey - Autumn Theme - I used my new BG fall paper pack for this card. I love it and Thanksgiving is my Fall theme.
Marks Finest Papers - Die Cuts or Punch - I used multiple die cuts to make this card. I love all of my spellbinder dies!
One Stitch at a Time - Any Celebration - Thanksgiving is a celebration. It is the time to spend with family and celebrate what you are thankful for.
Scrappy Frog - Give Thanks - Thanksgiving is that time of year when you appreciate and give thanks.
Paper Players - 1 DP, Something punched, sentiment - I love my new pack of BG DP, I punched the squares and ovals and Happy Thanksgiving is my sentiment.
I Did It - Surprise me! - Love this theme! Anything goes!!
A Spoonful of Sugar - Die Cuts or Punches - I love my spellbinders and punches. I honestly can say I can't remember when I made a card without one or another. This card was made with my spellbinders.
Tip Top Tuesday - Anything Goes! - I just found this blog and they are having an Anything Goes challenge. How cool is that?
Thanks for visiting. Thanks to everyone who leaves me a message. I love reading all of them.

Merry & Bright
Good Morning. I hope everyone is having a good week.
This weeks challenge idea for Going Gray with Scrap-Creations is 3D. I had this image colored for a few weeks and couldn't wait to use it. I decided it would work for this challenge. I cut out the shopping bag, the dog, the bow and then cut out the box with the dog one more time. Once the card was done I decided it needed more 3D so I popped up the snowflakes. Here is a pic showing the items popped up.
You need to take a look at the wonderful cards the other DT's made for this challenge. The list is on my sidebar. They really outdid themselves!
The other wonderful challenges this card fits are:
Fresh Brewed - Girly - I think this card is very girly with the fancy outfit and, of course, the shopping bags!
The Creative Cottage - Bling - I don't know how well it shows up but there is glitter everywhere on this card.
Hanna and Friends - XMAS - I love this XMAS stamp from Lili of the Valley. I have had my own shopping mishaps over the years so it makes me smile.
Glitterbabes - Anything Goes - I love to see these challenges, especially when I like my card and I do like this one.
Our Creative Corner - Sketch. I was looking for a sketch that could handle this image and I was thrilled when I saw this one. I knew it was perfect.
Alphabet Challenge - X=XMAS - I think this makes such a pretty XMAS card.
Stamp Something - Something Punchy - I love my punches. I really like this snowflake one!
Sweet Stampin - Bling - I love glitter and I think that is one of the reasons I like this card so much. There is alot of glitter on it.
Crafttalicious - Anything Goes - My favorite theme!!! Thanks.
Gingerloft - Glitter or Bling - There is lots of glitter on this card. I love glitter!
Paper Players - Real Red, Basic Black & Whisper White - I never seem to be able to fit color challenges. I was so happy to see this combo!
The Crafty Pad - Make something for a friend - This will be a card for one of my friends. I haven't decided yet whom but I love it and want to share it.
Lollipop Crafts - 1 DP, 2 Stamps, 3 Emb. - My card meets all these requirements.
My Partner in Crafting Crime - Sparkle - I love glitter and have alot on this card.
A Spoonful of Sugar - Winter Wonderland - I love making Winter cards. There are so many things you can do with them.
Thanks for visiting my blog. I hope you like my creation. Thanks to everyone who leaves a comment. I look forward to reading all of them.

Another Fall Birthday!!
Happy Sunday!! I hope everyone is having a good weekend!
This weeks theme at Stempeltraume is The Alphabet!! I wasn't sure what I was going to do, then I remembered I needed to make a Birthday card for a friend of mine. I tried a simple Monogram card but it just wasn't working for me so I dug out some old chipboard letters I have and made this. I really liked the way it came out. Originally I was not going for the distressed look but then I wanted to add some color around the oval and then wanted some green on the letters and when I layed it out thought that I needed to complete the look by distressing the CS & DP.
This was lot of fun. You should join the fun and pick some letters and see what you can come up with!
There are alot of wonderful challenges out there. Mine fits the following:
A Pocket Full of Posies - Autumn Leaves - Unfortunately the leaves where I live are not longer bright red and yellow but more of a dull orange and brown. I love the fall colors I just wish they were around longer.
Crafty Calendar - Autumn Birthday - I have alot of Birthdays in Oct & Nov. I always struggle with what to do for them so they don't look the same year after year.
Paper Play Time - Ribbon, Buttons or Rhinestones - I just got some beautiful lace ribbon and knew I had to use it on this card.
Creative Inspirations - Birthday - I don't see the friend getting this card often but she loves receiving my cards and tells me she saves them so I will always make her one.
The Townscrapper - Distressing - I think distressing can add so much to a card. I especially think that it adds to this one.
Crafty Creations - Sketch - I loved this sketch. It calls for a circle in the middle but my saying wouldn't fit in a circle so I modified to an oval. I think it was perfect for what I wanted to do.
For Fun - Something you never used. - I bought these chipboard letters a couple years ago thinking I would use them on everything. I can't thing of anything until now I have used them on.
Sarah Hurly - Flowers - I love the look of layered flowers. I bought these green roses a while ago and thought they would compliment this card and the other flowers perfectly.
Charisma - Autumn Colors - I love all the oranges and greens of Autumn - I wish the season was longer before we are talking snow.
Digi Doodle's Shop Best - Orange - When I think of the color Orange I think Fall! I always like the way it looks on cards.
Paper Romance - Halloween or Fall - I usually make this friend bright pinks and blues. I'm glad I went with Fall colors this time.
If the Shoe Fits - Distress - As I put in my post, this card was not intended to be distressed but as I was making it I just kept distressing it more.
Crazy 4 Challenges - Birthday - I have alot of Fall Birthdays and I wait until the last minute for most of them
Challenge up your Life - Autumn - Orange and Green are my favorite Autumn colors.
Secret Crafter - Distressing - I think that the distressing so much character to this card.
Thank you for visiting. I hope you like my card. A special thanks to everyone who leaves a comment. I love reading all of them.

The strip in the background with the ribbons is part of what you receive if you purchase Tiddly Inks Breast Cancer awareness digi paper. It is so pretty. You should join the fun and Think Pink!!!

Winter Frost
Good Morning. I hope everyone is having a good weekend. It it beautiful here. It is crisp, cool weekend and I love it! After the hot summer I am enjoying this.
Today is Stempeltraume's challenge. The theme today gives you a choice. You can use a Tilda stamp or use the color brown. As hard as it is to believe, I don't own any Tilda stamps so I decided to use Brown. With the cooler weather I was in the mood to make a XMAS card. This is one of the Lili of the Valley XMAS stamps. Isn't she pretty? The background paper is digi paper from Jak Heath. It is beautiful and I couldn't wait to use it. I also used my Viva Pearl pen on this card. I need some more practice with it to keep the pearls a uniformed size but I do love the pen.
If you have a Tilda stamp play along!! If not, brown is a great color for Fall and, as I used it, an accent for XMAS and winter cards so come join the fun!
The other wonderful challenges this card fits are:
Charisma - XMAS - I love XMAS cards that sparkle and I think this would make a great XMAS card.
Daring Cardmakers - Opal & XMAS- Opal is such a pretty color. I think my pearls give off the same creamy white that opals do. I think this would make a great XMAS card!
Catch the Bug - Anything Goes - I do love this theme!!
Fussy and Fancy - Sketch - I love this sketch. I hope my card does it justice.
Gingerloft - Glitter - I have alot of glitter on this card and if I could have, would have put more.
Paper Sundaes - Something from your stash - The snowflake punch, the pearls on the snowflake, the ribbon, the stamp for the saying are all things from my stash of stuff.
Thank you for visiting. I hope you like my card. Thanks to everyone who leaves a comment. I appreciate all of them.
